Want to know more about our local cities?

An “Old Florida" vibe that is increasingly rare near the bigger cities of Florida. These cities are connected thorough the Pinellas Trail, a 47-mile trail extending from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The Pinellas Trail was created from an abandoned railroad corridor and provides a unique greenspace for walking, jogging, skating, and biking.

The town of Dunedin leans heavily into its Scottish roots. You will see street names like Scotland Street and Louden Avenue, and it is common to hear bagpipes, especially during the annual Highland Games.

Palm Harbor retains a small town atmosphere centered around its "First Friday" celebrations and the historic "Old Palm Harbor" Main Street district and Wall Springs Park.

As the county seat, Clearwater balances a bustling beach scene with marine conservation, notably through the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Don’t forget to visit World Famous Clearwater Beach or Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands for a quieter beach day experience.

One of Florida's fastest-growing regions, this area is recognized for its unique blend of master-planned lifestyle developments and natural preserves.

There are massive, resort-style amenities rather than just traditional parks such as Epperson and Mirada Lagoons, a 7.5-acre man-made lake and beach featuring clean, clear, purified water.

The Shops at Wiregrass offer an open-air "Main Street" shopping experience that is known to host community events, artisan markets, and holiday celebrations.

Krate at the Grove is a unique outdoor container park in Wesley Chapel, built from recycled shipping containers, this shopping experience houses dozens of independent boutiques and diverse restaurants.

Lakewood Ranch is a 33,000-acre master-planned community that spans both Manatee and Sarasota counties. While many developments in Florida offer golf and clubhouses, Lakewood Ranch offers as multi-generational living and a dedication to open space and recreation.

The community features over 150 miles of interconnected trails. The community is structured so that grandparents, parents, and children can live in different “specialized villages” all within a few square miles.

Unlike many coastal towns that grew around a single harbor, Apollo Beach was intentionally designed as a "waterfront community" in the 50s. It features over 50 miles of navigable canals. This design allows for residential areas to have direct boating access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. It is one of the few places on the eastern side of the bay where you can watch the sunset directly over Tampa Bay toward the city of St. Petersburg.

At Tampa Electric’s Manatee Viewing Center, visitors can wander along boardwalks overlooking the warm-water area where manatees gather.

The name "Wimauma" is entirely unique, created as a personal tribute by the town’s founder, Captain C.H. Davis, in 1902. He formed the name by combining the first syllables of his three daughters' names: Wilma, Maude, and Mary.

Alafia River State Park is built on reclaimed phosphate mine land, which created steep ridges. Because of the topography, it is home to International Mountain Bike Association (IMBA) bike trails that attract mountain bikers from all over Florida.

Both cities take significant pride in maintaining their history through dedicated parks and landmarks such as Cortez Village, Manatee Village Historical Park, and Palmetto Historical Park. They are also well known for their Iconic Local Food & Markets and Riverfront Experiences. Let’s not forget the proximity to award-winning Gulf beaches such as Anna Maria and Longboat Key.

De Soto National Memorial is situated where the Manatee River meets Tampa Bay and commemorates the 1539 landing of Hernando de Soto, a Spanish conquistador and explorer.

Trinity Florida is a fast-growing upscale community just north of the Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties and also borders west Pasco County. Its tri-county location is optimal for commuters and adventurers alike. Although it is currently considered part of the New Port Richey area, many residents hope it will be recognized as its own town someday. The crown jewel of this area is the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park, a massive 18,000-acre park and preserve that connects directly to the Suncoast Trail.
